Riddle number 3 in the HSV RPG (OMG) storyline, with Kuroku as a part of Team 4 (up against Fei) with Atsuo, Kiyoshi, and Airisu.

AAAAND our answer was papercut. Hey, those things hurt a lot
Paper has a very fine edge, and if not handled right in induces a harsh, shrill pain that annoys the victim(s) for over 20 minutes or so. THAT'S A LONG TIMEEE
